I have co-founded a tech company, an entertainment company and a print media company. My projects have ranged from leading cross-functional teams in developing strategic marketing plans and software product development; to guiding casts of hundreds through large scale live entertainment productions across four continents. No matter the project one thing connects them all: the opportunity to build a team whose work leaves a lasting impact on the market it serves as well as each team member. Creating this impact requires careful attention to the needs of the customer and team. It requires me to walk a mile in everyone else’s shoes before I put mine on. It also requires disciplined structured thinking to set vision and align tactics that will set the team up for success.
