Ricardo Forcano has 20 years of experience in the corporate world, the last 7 years playing C-level roles. He has developed his career in diverse sectors such as energy, media, banking and technology. Throughout his career, Ricardo has led different functions including corporate strategy, business development, human resources and technology and operations, managing teams of up to 19.000 people globally. He also has experience as independent board director and strategic advisor. Ricardo graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad de Zaragoza (first in class) and has a master’s degree in Management of Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is a lecturer at IESE Business School and has recently published the book "La red de aprendizaje", rated 4.8 over 5 in Amazon.
