Patt joined Battelle as Director of Learning & Development & currently serves as Director, Organizational Effectiveness. She has overall accountability for leading the strategy and deployment of the OE practice & Battelle University, integrating learning & OE solutions to impact business performance and profitability. Patt’s bottom-line goal is to deliver a practical, business-relevant learning/OE portfolio that builds capabilities, accelerates talent pipelines, and enables enhanced performance & profitability.Patt has been a leader in talent management for over 25 years in multiple industries. Her focus of practice has included talent strategy & execution, learning portfolio strategy & deployment, transition & change, team performance, thought leadership, organizational effectiveness, system design, coaching & powerful facilitation. Prior to Battelle, Patt served in various senior leadership & principal consulting roles. Among her various accomplishments, Patt facilitated the development of a global learning services strategy; developed competency-based leadership & staff curricula; led OD projects for conflict resolution, team performance, mergers, new business model deployment, organizational transformation, system development & large-scale meeting design & implementation.
