Dannis uses her experience to drive growth within the industry while dissolving entrenched biases through targeted engagement initiatives.She continuously supports workforce recruitment efforts by serving as a resource for skilled trade apprenticeship programs. Since 2016, Dannis has been instrumental in the launch of the Barton Malow Apprenticeship Expo, which educates the community on career opportunities in the construction industry and the Barton Malow Boot Camp, a robust six week skilled trades pre-apprentice program. In addition, she currently acts as a liaison with project partners to implement local business and workforce inclusion efforts on the Little Caesars Arena construction project.
