Hayley is a Senior Manager in Baringa's Retail & Networks practice with experience in the delivery and assurance of large complex programmes in both the private and public sector. She has a strong analytical and problem solving capability and is experienced in managing teams of mixed consultants, clients and 3rd parties to deliver change successfully in business-as-usual environments. She also has the ability to adapt to change and think laterally when confronted with a challenge.
