I have spent over 20 years in the financial industry, primarily in legal and compliance. Since the early 90's I have worked for international bank-owned broker dealers. (British, German & Italian). Currently, I am the Compliance Officer at Banca IMI Securities, working on primary market securities offerings and supervising debt and equity trading in the secondary markets. I am the firm's primary liason to regulators (SEC, FINRA, NYSE) and do committee work with regulators to develop the licensing examinations (the 'Series' exams).Specialties: Information barriers, research distribution, sales practice, supervision, industry arbitration, underwriting, SEC law and SRO regulations, AML, securities lending , prime brokerage
