Babel Media Ltd provides outsourced games services, games localisation, games qa testing, and app testing.

I have had the opportunity to create, develop and produce over 40 original IP & licensed games by leading some of the most creative and high performing teams in the development community. Many of the titles I produced became top 10 hits in the United Kingdom and the United States. My international experience includes running teams in Germany, the US, Canada, India and of course the UK. I have spend substantial amounts of time in those locations. My interests include ensuring that people wishing to enter the games business are successful, I therefore take a keen interest in education in my role of Visiting Professor at the University of Abertay and acting as an external lecturer at the University of Brighton. I have also worked with Skillset to accredit Games focused University courses ensuing they are fit for purpose. I run public workshops/seminars on business development / start-up strategy for UK Trade & Investment as well as being involved with new technology start-ups. My role as Senior Lecturer in Games Design/Production at the University of East London is giving me a great opportunity to help the industry grow and become more even more innovative by training new leadership from diverse backgrounds.
