I'm a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial individual with several years F&B management experience under my belt. I'm determined to succeed and I’m looking for new opportunities to sharpen my skills. I have a passion for great drinks, be it cocktails, spirits, beer or wine. I am also passionate about entrepreneurship so it was a natural progression for me to combine these, co-founding a mobile cocktail bar company in 2014 that caters for hen parties, weddings and corporate events. Some of my key skills: * Problem solving and decision making * Negotiating * Analytical and lateral thinking * Communication and people management * Relationship building * Event management * Marketing Personal interests include: Walking up mountains, I did Snowdon in 2015 and plan to do Scafell Pike later this year.
