Hi, My name is Donald G. Dunn and in the last two decades I have gained considerable expertise and experience in navigating through complex capital and major maintenance projects for large scale organizations. My ability to lead people, projects, and processes have enabled me to develop and implement sustainable, cost effective, and efficient operations. I have proven expertise in managing OPEX and CAPEX, leading company and industry standards development, preventive and predictive maintenance, Workflow Management, PM Optimization, Risk Management, and establishing R&D centers. I am considered as an SME in the following areas: ● Instrument, Electrical, Analyzer & Control Systems engineering ● Process improvement by leveraging FMEA, RCA, RCM, and Life Cycle Cost Analysis ● Electrical safety/arc flash mitigation ● ISA, IEEE and API Standards ● Alarm Management SME I have hands-on experience in delivering technological innovation to improve processes, procedures and to enhance revenue, efficiency, and market share. During my tenure with Aramco Services Company, I orchestrated the creation of two Satellite R&D facilities in Boston and Detroit. I believe the success of any program depends on the people. I invest considerable time in training and mentoring my team, ensuring they have plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth. I am adept at partnering with a variety internal and external stakeholders to achieve consensus and focused operations to meet shared objectives.
