Saudi Aramco is an oil & energy company which specializes in hydrocarbons exploration, production, refining, distribution and marketing.

Huda is the first woman to be named a permanent executive director in the company’s history. Responsible for Saudi Aramco’s overall HR strategy, her remit covers workforce planning, staffing, leadership and professional development, compensation and benefits, organization consulting, performance management, retirees’ services and labor relations. Since joining Saudi Aramco in 1981, Huda has held a variety of positions within HR, and before her present appointment was General Manager of Training & Development. Huda is a Board of Director of a number of Saudi Aramco operating companies. In addition, she is Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of the Arabian Society of Human Resources Management (ASHRM), and a member of the EAC Executive Advisory Committee, Law Selection Committee, Saudi Aramco-KAUST Collaboration Oversight Board and Saudi Arab Manpower Committee. Away from work, Huda is a self-taught artist and enjoys oil painting, yoga and travel.
