Richard Jahn is a Managing Director with Andersen Tax Private Equity and Hedge Fund Tax Practice. He has over 25 years of diverse tax experience, including extensive knowledge of alternative investments, partnership taxation and multistate taxation. Richard focuses on assisting investment partnerships with tax planning and compliance, fund accounting, fund administration, and structuring. Richard’s skills also include consulting with general partners and managers regarding their individual taxation, estate planning, audit defense as well as federal and state tax compliance for management companies.
