For years I've set up, created and led multidisciplinary teams at some of the world's top brands and advertising agencies including AMV BBDO, R/GA, AKQA, and BBH. My passion for innovative products, services and experiences has taken me from Brazil to Canada, UK, Japan and US, working with famous brands such as Nike, Guinness, IKEA, Mars, Mercedes, Bacardi, Bobbi Brown and La Mer. Throughout my career, I have been an entrepreneurial leader helping brands succeed not only in the digital world but in all operational aspects necessary to execute their vision. I’m a natural problem solver. I’m in my element when I’m developing new ways of working, creating bespoke processes for products and services, influencing culture and nurturing talent. I believe that a holistic view of Operations is key to adapt and survive. Business process design is fluid, being able to identify when to adapt or change is paramount to success. Back in London, I was the Co-Founder and Head of AMV XLAB, the Experience Lab at AMV BBDO focusing on Digital, Social, Product and Innovation. I was responsible for a 50+ team of specialists that used technology to solve a client's business problems rooted in cultural insights. In the four years we operated as a team, we were a very successful, profitable and lean unit within the group. Our numbers were healthy, the average year-on-year growth across the period was 46% per annum, the average profit margin was 26%, making XLAB one of the most successful digital and product set up within BBDO group. Currently, I am the Executive Director, Global Creative Operations at Bobbi Brown & La Mer. My role consists of setting up the vision for Creative Operations and managing all aspects of the internal Creative Agency, working closely with the SVP, Creative Director, Marketing and Cross-Functional teams. From the conception of products to the delivery of assets, I lead a large team of people working on a variety of disciplines from Strategy to Delivery. Whilst living in London, I was also the Founder of Production Social: a series of events dedicated to makers and thinkers, building links to London's most talented minds living in the intersection of advertising, arts and technology. I’m often a juror in some of the most famous award ceremonies in the industry. Recently, I have judged The One Show, Campaign Agency of the Year US and Global, among others.
