Talent Planning and Recruitment. Education: Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Master in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Bachelor of Psychology and Business Certificate from Saint Louis University. History: External consultant early in career at a number of St. Louis organizations and transitioned to a role at Ameren in 2007. Consulting engagements included Anheuser-Busch, BJC Healthcare, Charter Communications, and The City of St. Louis. Taught Human Resource Management as an Adjunct Professor for Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Community and Other Involvement: Alma maters: Saint Louis University and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Executive Board for the Saint Louis Organization Development Network (2009-2011) and IMS.
