AMEC's Earth and Environmental division operates more than 100 offices throughout North America, including Colorado and New Mexico, offering Hydrosphere's clients an additional palette of services that includes a broad range of environmental sciences, geotechnical engineering, infrastructure engineering, and materials testing and inspection.

I have a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College and 28 years of experience as a lawyer in the construction industry. I am admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey. Upon graduation from Fordham University School of Law in 1984, I practiced law for 10-1/2 years, first as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey and then in private practice. While in private practice, I represented primarily owners, developers and public entities in the negotiation of construction contracts, the management of ongoing projects and the resolution of disputes arising out of those projects. In 1994, I joined Morse Diesel International, Inc., a billion dollar a year general contracting company, as Associate Counsel and was subsequently promoted to Senior VIce President and General Counsel. In 2007, I joined Turner Construction Company, the largest general building contractor in the United States, as Vice President/Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. I left Turner in 2010 open my own company. I have been involved in multi-million dollar construction disputes on a nationwide and international basis throughout my career as an attorney representing a party, as a party representative and as a mediator/arbitrator. Over the years, I have developed significant expertise in utilizing various alternative dispute resolution techniques to simplify and resolve complex disputes. My goal as a dispute resolution specialist is to assist the parties in coming to expeditious and cost-effective resolutions to their disputes.
