John Kao, MBA, is CEO and president of Alignment Healthcare.An innovator and respected industry thought leader, Mr. Kao is a seasoned health care executive with decades of experience growing and developing health insurance plans, health care delivery systems and information technology groups across the country. Mr. Kao believes strongly in the tenets of servant leadership and serves on various boards of non-profit organizations. A loving husband and father of two beautiful daughters, Mr. Kao was named one of the American Diabetes Association's Fathers of the Year in 2011.
