I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated person. I focus on customer satisfaction and will put 100% effort in to meet customer needs. I like to be challenged, and am forever on the quest to learn more. I enjoy both working individually or as part of a team, however I do like to learn from those around me, including reflecting on how they handled a situation. I relocated from Wellington New Zealand to Melbourne Australia in 2016 to take up the Quality Team Manager role at ANZ. This opportunity enabled me to extend my management and leadership skills to a larger team and also provided me with exposure across multiple portfolios and their varying working practices. Currently I am working in a squad re-designing and enhancing current delivery framework. Loving the team interaction, brain storming, sharing ideas, mocking up items to then review and build up on. I find the activities and skills of project management natural and common sense. An objective can be provided and I can detail the multiple interactions and activities needed in order to deliver a successful final outcome. I believe in covering all aspects across people, process and technology change, in order to be successful in delivering a final outcome. I believe in doing the right thing. It’s not about taking shortcuts; it’s about getting the right people involved and us all being on the journey, to provide a quality item to the customer at speed. I have experience with waterfall and agile delivery. Initial career was as a training consultant. I was fortunate to work for a Technology Vendor which enabled me to have exposure across multiple industries. Within this company, I also had the opportunity to move to project management. Again, worked across multiple industries and successfully delivered projects for Contact Centres, Desktop Rollouts, Service Support Transition, Relocations, Infrastructure, Data Centres, Audit Remediation and Business Process Re-Engineering.
