Jeffrey is a dynamic, strategically focused and entrepreneurially minded senior executive with 20+ years of experience in business leadership and financial management. He is extremely strong in undertaking comprehensive operational and financial activities for an organization including, but not limited to, bottom line improvement, fund raising, risk analysis, managing P&L responsibilities and developing and tracking financial projections. Jeffrey has a proven track record of developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with the CEO and executive management team coupled with expertise in initiating projects and programs that boost efficiency and productivity while identifying new avenues of businesses for the company. Throughout his tenure, Jeffrey has demonstrated keen business acumen through the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans. Among his peers, Jeffrey is regarded as a true Start-up champion. Major Highlights across his tenure have included: ■ Experiences in management building and team leadership covering activities ranging from capital raising to operational execution provided significant revenue and bottom line improvement. ■ Provides result-oriented training to staff on raising awareness and knowledge of operational & financial management matters. ■ Participates in developing new business, assisting the CEO and senior management team in identifying new business opportunities, drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective opportunities. ■ Provided financial and due diligence guidance on successful $30M exit of a technology company to PE backed telecommunications company. ■ Partnered with the Interim CEO to execute a successful exit of the company to Equifax at 15x EBITDA for a friend whose husband/the company’s CEO unexpectedly passed away; included soundly managing all related finances and due diligence.
