Results-driven senior executive with 25+ years of experience and expertise operationalizing strategic cyber security, technology and privacy capabilities at-scale for large, global companies. As a Global CISO and IT executive, successfully led geographically distributed, local and remote teams to deliver enterprise-level technology transformations (post merger and from the “ground up”) across all implementation phases and operational functions – including people, process and technology. This work encompassed protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of public, confidential and sensitive company data and systems, and meeting global data protection and privacy compliance requirements (e.g., employee, consumer, company operational, product and services data, and IP.) Internally and as an outside senior level advisor, maintains a robust peer network and portfolio knowledge across key trends, disruptions, and advancements across all cyber security and IT domains. Working across organizations – in the U.S., Europe, and Asia - understands both a company’s strategy and risk appetite and delivers IT and cyber security programs that respect the culture and global norms of the organizations being protected and served. Prior to joining Activision’s senior leadership ranks, was a technology advisor and Senior Engagement Manager for Deloitte Consulting based in Europe and the U.S. specializing in the delivery of large, complex, global systems transformations within Deloitte’s market-leading technology strategy practice.
