Experienced technology executive with deep experience in technology and product strategy, solution architecture, M&A, and organizational transformation. Proven record of developing portfolio wide product and technology strategies and leading organization transformation from traditional on-premise perpetual license software to industry leading multi-tenant SaaS solutions. Breadth of technology and application experience from development of embedded firmware for communications through to the development of multi-tenant SaaS ERP solutions. Experience spanning large mature corporations and private equity turnaround with an emphasis on cross-pollinating best practices from each. Extensive experience with international development with teams in Asia, Europe, South America, and North America. Demonstrated ability to move across industries and rapidly acquire the domain expertise to contribute quickly to the portfolio strategy and solution architectures. My passion is to take nascent or under performing products and organizations and transform them into strong software development organizations with exceptional products.
