James is an experienced Senior Real Estate Fund Manager who has a worked across all sectors in UK commercial property for 24 years. James has a wealth of experience and performance track record of managing funds up to £3bn through different market cycles. The Funds have been both closed and open ended during significant times of stress/redemptions and also inflows. Currently the Fund Manager of South Yorkshire Pension Authority and Nottinghamshire County Council Pension Fund. James is responsible for reviewing and setting the annual strategy for these Funds. James oversees the delivery of the business plan and the asset management and development of the properties. James is well know across the UK commercial property market. He has built up strong relationships with key contacts in the market to assist with the £bn+ of transactions that he has delivered for clients across all sectors. James’ key skills are that he is personal, dynamic and a strong decision maker. James has an active interest in ESG and building sustainable property portfolios for the future.
