Those contributions have included identifying new streams of revenue, increased ticket sales, content creation, and strategic communications. External Engagement and Revenue Generation – In an effort to identify and create new streams of revenue in college athletics, utilized the existing partnership with Learfield to build specialized content resulting in high-level sponsorships. In my first year at KU, we increased content output and ideation which resulted in over 650,000 new users and digital advertising revenue increase of nearly $100,000. Crisis Communications and Strategic Management – Strong experience in managing crisis communications on highly sensitive topics as well as implementing strategic communications and marketing plans related to those events.
