Founded in 1961, Kemin Industries Inc. (www.kemin.com) provides health and nutritional solutions to the agrifoods, food ingredients, pet food, human health and pharmaceutical industries. Kemin operates in more than 60 countries with manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Brazil, China, India, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand and the United States.

I have an educational background in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I completed a Human Resources Management Development Program in June 2012 which has given me diverse experience in Human Resources. My experiences range from labor relations and recruitment, to training and development and other HR Generalist activities. Currently, I am the HR Director for a Business Unit at Kemin Industries. In this role I am a business partner to the executive team, leveraging our human capital and HR programs to ensure success for our Business Unit.
