I forged a successful career over two-decades as an HR Executive with some of the world’s most prominent professional services organizations; I have traversed the global economy while living and working in Chicago, New Orleans, New York, St. Louis, Brussels, Belgium, and Hyderabad, India. Somehow, through all of that (and maybe because of my vocal penchant for disrupting the management norms to which we've fallen prey), I was reputed to be a future-of-work pundit with an enthusiasm for workplace culture. I believe the future of work is not about better HR systems, technologies, or the next shiny object; it's not about any one best practice, secret recipe, or magic formula. Rather, it's about intentionally - yet, simply - engineering our workplace cultures to fuel a more authentic career experience and to drive more meaningful growth. I founded WorkXO to help organizations do that.I am, incidentally, a graduate of Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, a CPA, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP. Oh...and I co-founded DisruptHR Chicago, the increasingly prominent and wildly popular professional development and networking program.
