What we do and how to remove details from Anymail finder

We collect personal information related to an individual’s profession from public sources and store this information in our database and make it available to our users who are able to use this information for their own business purposes for example to directly contact the individual. How our platform works: So that our Users can use our services, we may source personal data from publicly available sources on the internet including professional networking sites such as LinkedIn. Our proprietary algorithm scans publicly available sources and retrieves public information to understand standard corporate email patterns for example firstname.lastname@company.com. When we use networking sites such as LinkedIn it may also provide us additional identifiers such as first name, last name, company details, job title and contact details such as email addresses and contact numbers where they are made publicly available.

Providing personal data

Where we need to collect personal data by law or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you do not provide that information when requested we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you for example to provide you with our services. In this case we may have to cancel our service but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

How we use your personal data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. We will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
