Zymo Research Corp. is a privately held company based in Irvine, California, USA. Since its inception in 1994 it has been serving the academic and biopharmaceutical scientific communities by providing DNA and RNA purification products. Their goal is to help scientists reduce time in the lab by eliminating steps and making the entire DNA/RNA extraction process simpler and faster. In addition to the nucleic acid purification products, Zymo Research also offers genetic, epigenetic and transcriptome analysis services. Zymo Research provides high quality products that are simple to use yet robust in their performance.

I am an experienced biotech professional with over 18 years of industry experience in both scientific and management roles. I hold a BS in Bioengineering from UC San Diego and am currently serving as the Automation Manager at Zymo Research. In my current role, I manage the internal development of high-throughput processes, consult and support customers with their laboratory automation needs, and oversee the development of new and novel automated workflows utilizing Zymo Research's biochemistry tools. I have a strong track record of developing laboratory automation at various sites and have been responsible for the development and launch of multiple products in the field of Epigenetics. Prior to joining Zymo Research in 2018, I held positions as a Technical Support Specialist and Senior Product Development Associate at MDxHealth, and an R&D Research Associate at Active Motif. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a passion for developing innovative solutions that drive progress in the biotech industry.
