Leads learning and development teams. Works closely with leadership team to define competencies, both technical and leadership, that teams require for success in their roles. Leads planning, execution and measurement of operational initiatives. Maps job profiles / levels to specific tasks supported by each role. Designs and oversees execution of process to assess individuals vs. competencies and identify gaps. Designs approach to development (including increased technical training) to ensure that employees meet required competency levels. Collaborates with business partners to design the best approach of onboarding and training classes of new employees. Leads the compilation / development of content required to support the training, outlines where support is require from other areas. Training delivery: coordinates resources to deliver the training.
