I have experience within the Hazardous material handling field. From my days as a ammunition specialist in the U.S. Marine corps. to my just recently past job as a chemical plant operator at Henkel. I have years of supervisory experience in both union and non-union shops and plants. I have done union negotiations as well as designed incentive programs to improve production needs and maintained the highest safety standards throughout my career. I also have experience with lean manufacturing,six sigma and S.T.O.P. safety programs as well as experience as a ISO-9001 auditor with minimal 14001 experience as well.
