Suresh KV comes with an experience of over 30 years. His inclination towards the auto and manufacturing sector is reflected through his career graph. From June 2015, he is designated as the President for ZF in India. In this role, he represents ZF in India to the external world which includes Business partners, industrial bodies and the exchequer. KV is responsible for formulating and implementing the overall strategy, along with performance, growth and the development of all lines of business for ZF in India. In addition, KV is responsible for the governance function for the ZF entities in the region and to strengthen the relationship with all JV partners. Being goal oriented he believes in setting short term & long-term goals for the organization and working towards it systematically. He drives the organization through consistent strategic clarity, innovation and growth, and disciplined execution to deliver optimum results. Suresh represents ZF in the Executive Committee of ACMA and is an active member in their Western Chapter. Mr. Suresh KV’s career began at Asian Paints Limited. in the manufacturing function. He also has in his kitty an experience of 8 years with one of the largest Indian auto manufacturer-Bajaj Auto ltd. Visteon India & Philips are among the other organizations that he has worked with, prior to ZF. His journey with ZF, formerly known as Hansen Drives, began in 2007 when he joined the organization as the General Manager-Operations Centre. Through his consistent performance and contribution to the growth of ZF he was elevated to the role of Executive Director of ZF Wind Power Coimbatore Ltd in November 2010.
