For the last 20+ years, I have provided legal and practical guidance on compensation and benefits issues to companies of all sizes, including their compensation committees and boards of directors. My clients and peers have recognized me as a leader in the industry. In 2013-2016, I was selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer.
