Through strategic planning and a focus on continual P&L metric improvement, talent development and customer penetration, I’ve led multiple national accounts and sales team turnarounds. I believe that the CPG industry will continue to evolve as we capture more big data on our customers and consumers. The key to success moving forward will be to turn this data into insights to improve our marketing strategies, product innovation, and retail execution to drive sales and increase the bottom line. Through strategic leadership, I drive results.
