Todd Hollenbeck is Managing Director at FedEx Services Corporation, the premier global provider of transportation, e-commerce and supply chain management services. He joined the company in 1991 as a Senior Business Analyst and worked in various roles developing ground breaking IT system solutions in document imaging, geographic information, mobile, and complex computing. Mr. Hollenbeck worked from 2004 to 2009 developing and deploying mission critical mapping and delivery route optimization solutions for FedEx. These systems utilize state-of-the-art Geographic Information System (GIS) and Cloud computing technologies to deliver high performance computing solutions.In 2010 Hollenbeck took on the development and support of courier handheld computing devices and software used by FedEx Express. He has recently led an effort to re-engineer the mobile software on the devices to revolutionize their ability to deliver world-class capabilities to the company’s pick-up and delivery operations. He recently was assigned the leadership of an initiative to reduce the sprawl of applications supporting FedEx Express operations worldwide through better architecture practices and focused application modernization strategies. He is currently leading teams that manage the software development lifecycle processes and tools across all FedEx IT and has responsibility for managing the relationships with external software development vendors for FedEx IT. He is a passionate proponent of Agile development and Lean leadership and currently leads the Agile transformation efforts for FedEx IT,Mr. Hollenbeck is a strong, innovative leader that never settles for good enough.
