Willmott Dixon prides itself on providing capital projects for our clients and partners that are both efficient and effective whilst at the same time achieving the essential benchmarks of both value for money and quality. In an industry where it has been all too easy to promise but not deliver we have sought to provide transparency of performance. With transparency comes accountability and we are confident to demonstrate both. To achieve this Willmott Dixon has developed a web-based, performance and project management portal called mi|project that is being used daily on all Scape projects. mi|project provides live and accessible data which is measured against industry benchmarks using robust, refined protocols and procedures. During the last year mi|project has been accessed on over 250 Scape projects by over 1000 users across Scape, client bodies, partners and Willmott Dixon. Accurate, timely performance monitoring creates the chance for early resolution of problems, improvement of process and the capability of identifying and sharing best practice.

Wife, mum, friend, scout leader, morning runner, (occasional) gin drinker. I like to laugh and always try to be kind – at home and at work. I’m old enough to have life experience and have learnt many lessons along the way. I have had good teachers/mentors and coaches - their learnings I happily share with anyone who cares to listen – the biggest lesson, so far, is that you can be nice and still be good at business. I have experience at work that ranges from supporting business closures to business expansions, from managing performance issues to setting and implementing strategy, change management and culture development. I work hard. Now I lead the Willmott Dixon Foundation. It’s a job I love as I get to do the right thing not just for the communities we aim to help, but for our own business to increase our brand, help us win business and makes us a great business to work for and with. I also get to work with the most amazing people – I hope they know who they are and that I tell them enough. My current challenge is to get over my irrational fear of social media!
