Manages the facilities processes that are core to the successful operation of the organization. Propose and execute site improvements according to employee and business needs. Manages the Facilities Budget including depreciation assets, ensuring an appropriate usage. Build and maintain strong relationships with facilities providers including landlords, neighboring companies, contractors and suppliers. Ensure that building infrastructure and services consistently meet the needs of the employees. Ensure the building meet health and safety requirements and comply with NI standards and Costa Rica legislation. Lead the Emergency Brigade Team and The Occupational Health Committee ensuring the safety of all employees. Maintain direct responsibility for the space management of facilities, including but not limited to space allocation planning, office layout and movement of equipment. Communicate facilities information to new hires at New Employee Orientation. Offer Facilities support to our other offices in LatAm.
