World Fuel Services Corporation is an energy, commodities, and services company that focuses on the marketing, trading, and financing of aviation, marine and ground transportation fuel commodities and related services.

I'm a Sr Manager for our National Customer Experience team as well as the Product Owner for Salesforce Service Cloud. Some of my responsibilities include: Integrations for all things related to service to include: phone design, case management strategy, process standardization, change management, developing solutions for our customer experience, collaborating with all internal customers as well as external customers. One of my passions is designing and seeking the most efficient and cost effective way of developing a service team and processes that will provide the best customer experience. I believe that my ability to work directly with the CRM team as a Product Owner for the Salesforce service tool has been a major key to my success.
