As an experienced software engineer, I’ve built a strong history of conceptualizing, designing, and deploying customize software solutions to support ongoing business operations for globally reaching organizations. For the past 17 years, I have worked for Weight Watchers International, where I led and participated in the development of solutions oriented toward managing retail sales, and building systems to manage HR and workforce functions for large organizations. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with executives and senior directors to align SDLC projects and priorities with strategic vision, financial considerations, service delivery standards. Some of my career highlights include: •As part of a major global organization, developed extensive software solutions for retail sale and HR functions, successfully streamlining processes and improving service delivery. •Built business cases, negotiated contracts, and managed the implementation of mobile and web-based Workforce Management System for 15,000 employees across 7,000 locations. •Delivered a $20M project entailing the redevelopment and localization of a custom POS system for France, requiring complex integrations with Oracle EBS including new implementations for a member data, customer hub and BI. In my current role, I direct a team of nine senior management team members who are responsible for supervising 60 additional staff.
