A commercially minded Sales and Customer Service professional with an outstanding record of B2B & B2C target achievement and a proven ability to consistently deliver and exceed targets whilst delivering a ‘customer first’ approach. A successful leader across a broad portfolio of sectors, practiced in managing inside and outside sales, field sales and account management teams, including outsourced providers across multiple locations delivering optimum results. Experience and specialties - Coaching and engaging Sales and Customer Service teams (200+ staff) to top performance - Devising and executing B2B/B2C multichannel sales & marketing strategies - Devising and delivering tender proposals and bid presentations - Track record of delivery of results against objectives and business plan - Monitoring and delivery of daily objectives, KPI’s and departmental SLA deliverance - Customer service strategy development and customer change initiatives - Full P&L responsibility, experienced in managing revenue budgets in excess of £60m - Sales forecasting, budgeting and analysis - Complex and diverse processes within in fast-paced, multi-remit environments - Negotiating and drafting commercial terms - Strong influencing, communicating and stakeholder management skills - Analytical in approach, able to find creative solutions and adapt to change - Ability to work under pressure and think strategically, translating company strategy and commercial vision into objectives, targets and results - Business process transformation and organisational restructuring - CRM and e-commerce system implementation and delivery
