Senior executive with strategic vision, leadership skills and managerial experience interested in digital transformation and its impact on people, culture and business. Extensive experience in the marketing & communication industry, having helped hundreds of brands shine and companies grow through data-driven business, marketing and communication strategies, accelerated by the use of new technologies and digital media. Multidisciplinary profile having worked as a media planner, data scientist, CRM & digital strategist, brand planner and project leader, which gave me the experience to assume leadership positions from which I led the start-up, growth and digital transformation of some of the most innovative agencies in Spain: - I joined Shackleton (Accenture Song) as Head of Strategy when it was just a startup. After winning 90 clients and growing to 220 employees in 3 years, I was promoted to Managing Director of Shackleton Direct & Digital and subsequently of the Shackleton Madrid office, leading it through its most successful period (3 times Agency of the Year and 1 Grand Prix in Cannes, 5 times most awarded agency in Spain). - I started VCCP Spain from scratch at the worst moment of the recession. In one year, VCCP reached breakeven, was the most awarded Spanish agency in Cannes and was one of the most outstanding Ibero-American agencies according to Adlatina. Since then, VCCP has been one of the most awarded agencies in Spain, having worked for clients such as Google, Microsoft, O2 (Telefónica), Nike, Liberty Group, LaLiga or Honda Motorbikes Europe among others. - I led the digital and cultural transformation of Grey Spain between 2015 and 2018. Gray achieved its best commercial results since the recession, winning important clients such as Banco Sabadell and Iberdrola (both digital), or GSK Oral Care and P&G SMOLL (both from the South of Europe). In addition, Grey became the most awarded Spanish digital agency (in 2017 and 2018), achieving its best results ever at El Sol Festival and Cannes Lions. - I rejoined VCCP Spain in 2018 to diversify its service offering. After two years of fast growth, we suffered from COVID, successfully recovered... and now we face great opportunities!
