I’ve been working on innovating technology, manufacturing and sustainability for almost 40 years. My experience with and passion for organizational optimization, change management and sustainable development has led me to my current role as chief technology officer for USG Corporation, the world's leader in building materials and technologies. I’ve grown my career with USG and love the culture of innovative thinking, inclusion and leadership at every level.I oversee the development and implementation of the enterprise technology investment strategy and lead several functions comprising a team of over 9,000 employees. These include USG’s Corporate Innovation Center in Libertyville, Ill., Manufacturing Operations, Global Supply Chain, Engineering and Technical Services, as well as Environmental, Energy, Sustainability and Corporate Efficiency Initiatives.
