I seek to be a catalyst for social change and make a tangible difference, through my research, to as many lives as I can. As a researcher, I believe that by understanding how people, programs and systems work, we can also understand how to improve outcomes and deliver more impact. I also believe that social change is not a journey you go on alone, and that working together effectively is key to finding innovative solutions to complex social problems. Inter-organisational collaboration has been a main focus of my research over the last few years, with a particular interest in identifying what works where, and why. Other areas of research interest include housing and homelessness, social innovations, and the intersection of business and social change.
