I am a sales leader with ~ 30 years of experience in the Enterprise platform, application security, and SaaS markets. I have expertise in organizational planning and have built enterprise sales capabilities from the ground up in both Fortune 1000/mid-cap and early-stage start-up. I have successfully designed and executed hyper growth and turnaround strategies for large revenue divisions (>$100M - $1B). I truly enjoy developing next-generation leaders and excel in scaling successful sales go-to-market engines. Prior to leading the North America Enterprise Sales organization at Twilio (TWLO), I was Global Head of Sales at Zignal Labs, an early-stage start-up specializing in real-time media intelligence. I built Zignal’s first revenue organization. In 18 months, I hired over 50 Sales, Field Engineering and Customer Success employees and grew Zignal’s revenue 3x. Before Zignal, I spent 14 years at Akamai (AKAM). As Vice President of Sales, my division launched and executed product and go-to-market transitions, and my team was integral in scaling the company from $50M to $1.2B. We more than doubled our division’s revenue in addition to successfully shifting margin and risk exposure from a declining run rate to a positive (>70%) growth margin business. I started my tech career at Akamai as a Client Services Manager and was asked to join the company’s management team after exhibiting strong performance overseeing the company’s Direct Sales organizations. I spent my early career at Accenture, which prepared me to drive complex market launches and product transitions, develop new pricing strategies, and lead customer satisfaction efforts. I am the founder of a Financial Wellness community for women, Poppy, and currently sit on the board of Bucknell University’s Freeman School of Management. I enjoy serving as a speaker and mentoring sales leaders in the global technology industry.
