I am a results-driven brand advocate with a passion for creating and aligning strategic HR solutions that strengthen employee engagement through collaboration, communication, and influential relationship management. I have the privilege of leading Employee Engagement efforts for the global Samsonite family of brands – Samsonite, Tumi, American Tourister, Lipault, High Sierra, Gregory, Hartmann, and eBags. Our efforts are focused on building and empowering an inclusive culture that attracts and fosters employee development, engagement, and retention.
