Vicki Steere is a sourcing, talent acquisition and marketing profession, with experience in both high volume and targeted candidate sourcing. She has developed and successfully executed talent acquisition strategies, marketing plans, and sourcing budgets for operations in North America, Europe, Philippines, and Latin America. She is a perpetual student and professional in social media marketing, talent acquisition and retention strategy, enterprise marketing, event management, corporate social responsibility, and nonprofit management. A veteran in the recruiting/staffing and employment marketing arena, Vicki has worked in marketing, community relations, nonprofit management, and as recruiter. She owned her own staffing agency and started a locally-focused job board which was later acquired by Jobing.com. Throughout her career she has built strong community relationships throughout Colorado and the U.S.. Giving back to the community, Vicki has served on the board of directors for DenverWorks and the Denver Workforce Investment Board, appointed by the Mayor of Denver. She has served as a board member for the Society for Human Resources Management Colorado State Council (COSHRM), the Colorado Human Resources Association (CHRA), Past President for the Colorado Staffing Association (CSA), the Denver Employment Alliance, board member for National Association of Women Business Owners - Colorado Chapter, and chair of the Colorado Business Leadership Network (supporting employment for people with disabilities), and the Colorado Healthcare Association for Human Resource Management (CHAHRM).
