TRW Automotive, headquartered in Livonia is a supplier of automotive systems, modules, and components to automotive original equipment manufacturers and related aftermarkets.

-Responsible for leading the global HR organization for the Active and Passive Safety Technology Division (also known as ZF TRW). This division was formerly TRW prior to the merger in May 2015, and includes 5 product lines, more than 73k employees at approximately 152 locations, with annual revenue exceeding $15 billion.-I report to the CEO of the division with full divisional HR responsibilities including talent acquisition and training/development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, M&A, and restructuring.-I have been actively involved in the change management and integration efforts in support of merging ZF and TRW.-Nearly 15 years of global HR responsibilities and experiences, including 2 years based in Germany.
