I am an experienced engineering leader with a hands-on approach and strong background in Mathematics and Computer Science. Passionate about solving the toughest business problems through technological innovation.I'm the CTO and a co-founder at TrueAccord, where I am responsible for the technological vision of the company as well as leading the engineering team. From establishing our development culture (code reviews, style guides, continuous deployment) to implementing information security policies that would satisfy major financial institutions (and then onboarding them as clients!) - TrueAccord has been providing an endless stream of exciting and challenging work.Before starting TrueAccord, I was a senior software engineer at Google, where I contributed to some of the companies' highest-profile projects such as Gmail, Google Apps and Google Travel (Flights & Hotels). My focus has been on the scalability and the reliability of these service, though I also launched a few customer-facing features.On the tech side, my interests lie in functional programming (I have been using Scala for 6+ years), distributed systems, system architecture, cloud computing, reliability and scalability.-----NOTE: There are two different persons named Nadav Samet, we are both living in the bay area and to make it even more interesting we are both co-founders of TrueAccord!
