I am a graduate student at Arizona State University focusing on Emergency Management. My undergraduate studies in Environmental Technology Management infused me with knowledge of environmental management, laws, and remediation, as well as an introduction into Emergency Management. This introduction included the National Incident Management System, hazardous waste management, and exercise development and allowed me to gain an internship at the Scottsdale Fire Department.|I also am employed at TriStar acting as their Inside Sales Representative. We sell 3D Computer Aided Design software to companies centered around product design, manufacturing, and engineering service providing. This results in me dealing with a large variety of clients including such fields as the automotive, medical device, and consumer product industries.|As I continue to strive towards my goal of a Master's degree focusing on Emergency Management, I hope to take advantage of my current job opportunity and learn through actual work experience how to be an effective communicator and business professional.
