TrialCard innovates by focusing on client brands and analyzing new trends in prescription optimization for both insured and uninsured patients.

I am a technical business manager with over 13 years of strategic leadership and precision execution experience in both business and as an officer in the United States Army. I am a focused problem solver, culture and structure designer and natural leader with an ability to see the forest and the trees. I have experience in multiple different departments that include: Account Management, Project Management, Operations, Marketing and IT. Working with these diverse professionals has helped me develop a rare skill set that understands the concerns of sales, marketing, and engineers. This allows me to help create order out of chaos and confusion. My primary weapon of choice is data. I genuinely enjoy recognizing these cross departmental gaps and correcting them by creating agile / lean plans and processes to limit defects, and improve quality of products and services; thereby repeatability, efficiency and profitability. All of these plans are thoughtfully designed to easily be communicated, trained and measured. A valuable skill learned while a plans officer in the army. In my official role, I lead a team of Data Scientists. I am helping to create a product centered on business intelligence and advanced analytics. We support finance, marketing and sales by relaying data to technical and non-technical audiences. Our larger projects include model building and dabbling in machine learning. To accomplish this, our team uses a vast range of tools that include: SAS, JMP, Microsoft SQL, SAP Data Services and MicroStrategy. Using these tools, we are also helping each of our departments and product directors design data structures to integrate multiple platforms (Cisco, SalesForce.com, etc..) to our products and solutions. I am excited to be a leader in the new data economy, and curious to see what we as a society can build together in the future.
