Most recently, began career in the Transit industry at Transdev in the Las Vegas Region •Drove fixed route coaches for about eleven months, promoted to MIS Sr. Supervisor; then to Information Technology Manager; •Managed the development of a program to manage planning, employee information, scheduling, dispatch and timekeeping. This program with its various modules are integrated; •Designed and implemented of DriveCam. Responsible for design change (camera pigtail) ( designed download stations and installed wiring); •Project managed Transdev owned Zonar system; It is the electronic platform for pre-trip, Also on ground floor of the ACS (previously Orbital) bus tracking and performance monitoring in Las Vegas. •As Director of Bus and Information Technology for NICE bus project managed $8 million FTA funded ITS project and $1.6 million annual operating budget Instrumental in specifying and implementing current technology CAD/AVL system on 308 fixed route buses including cell based Voice Over IP (VoIP) communication, Turn Warning System, Command Center, Automatic Vehicle Monitoring, Transfer Center real time signage, in yard vehicle location and CNG leak detection. •As Director of Telecommunications Services for FCG; construction budget for a $2.3 million network; operating budget for $1.9 million. Directed the Technical Support Services and Telecommunications Departments for an FCG client including the development and formalization of the Telecommunications Strategic Plan; Directed the installation and implementation of an enterprise network (Ethernet, Novell 4.1), fiber optic backbone supporting 500 nodes •As Manager of the Administrative and Client Services for TU Services; construction budget for $60 million; operating budget for $12 million. Managed 30 employees of Administrative and Client Services for the Telecommunications Department including management of 250 phone systems (100 PBX’s and 150 key systems).
