I am a versatile experience and interaction designer and creative thought leader, with a passion for digital painting, collaborative problem solving, and design systems. Long before the Adobe Creative Suite, PhotoShop and Page Maker entered my world and the skills founded in youth expanded considerably as my interest in digital design and fabrication grew. Experience has confirmed how integral continued learning is to successful design - through research, education into emerging technology and trends, and application of that knowledge, designs can be both artistically beautiful and delightfully functional for a user's needs. With specific personal focus in information architecture, visual components, and interaction design, I champion design functionality, usability, and integration of user feedback - while ensuring the design produced is delivered within a project timeline. Regardless of the project my goal is that adding my touch creates a beautifully laid out and easy to use design that scales into a system of related applications. Outside the office, I passionately pursue non-digital adventures including hiking, horseback riding, and working on large scale art projects.
