The Touching Hearts at Home mission is to help seniors and people with disabilities preserve their quality of life and remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible.Touching Hearts at Home is dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by providing them with an independent lifestyle in their own homes.

After my Mom’s stroke and my Dad’s motorcycle accident, I was trying to coordinate care for my parents from 650 miles away. I experienced first-hand the difficulty of finding the right people with the right heart to provide the right services for my loved ones. That's when I discovered the care services of Touching Hearts at Home. I immediately connected with the value of finding high-quality care that also touches the “heart” needs of individuals and families. My business partner, Lynn, and I have always placed a strong emphasis on serving others. We had been searching for a business opportunity that would broaden our ability to provide meaningful services to our communities and enrich the lives of others. Touching Hearts at Home was a perfect fit. Owning and running another business was a natural next step. The focus of my career has been in the areas of management, business administration, graphic design, and entrepreneurship. I am an energetic problem-solver with a history of developing creative tools and innovative solutions for maximizing value and efficiency. My passion for actively responding to the needs of others with meaningful solutions and resources finds fulfillment in my work for Touching Hearts at Home. I love meeting complex challenges with creative ideas. We work with families, faith community leaders, service coordinators, caregivers and others involved in a person’s care as we develop and tailor an effective plan to meet the needs of the whole person–mind, body and spirit. We find caregivers with a “heart” for serving well, with care and compassion. Personally and professionally, Lynn and I have both witnessed first-hand the incredible benefit that caregiving and companionship can provide to individuals and their families who are facing the progressive challenges that come with aging, illness or disability.
