Safety in the workplace is a top priority for employers. Despite the millions spent on safety training each year, creating a culture of safety remains a challenge.

“If nothing ever changed, there’d be no butterflies.” The author of this quote is unknown but I love the sentiment behind it. Although change can be scary, I choose to embrace it. As Director or Sales Operations, I’m focused on metrics and process improvement. What’s working and what isn’t? I challenge my team to look at what they are doing and encourage them to come up with better ways to do it. As a SalesForce Administrator, my focus is on helping people to work smarter and not harder. Whether it be by teaching someone tricks to better organize their time, showing them metrics on areas that need improvement, or creating workflows to limit the amount of data the user needs to input, there’s always an opportunity to make changes for the better.
